James Harden “Open” To The Sixers
Never a dull day in Philly. Since the moment Daryl Morey got into town fans and media have been speculating that the team may look to get into the James Harden business. After all, it was Morey who orchestrated the highway robbery of Harden to Houston from Oklahoma City. Its been pretty silent on the Harden front since the draft but as we sat in our row homes digesting the news of the Eagles QB change a WOJBOMB hit!

I guess Harden heard that WAWA is giving out free coffee every Tuesday through December on the WAWA app….or maybe its because he wants to compete for a championship. Its definitely one of those two things.
If youre a fan of Haden and want him in a Sixers uniform this definitely makes things much easier for the Sixers. The team has two budding stars in Embiid and Simmons and while that guy at your work thinks Simmons “sucks because he cant shoot” the thought around the league is that he’s an elite talent EVERYWHERE ELSE. And a guy like James Harden would love for a player with Simmons’ vision to dish him the ball. Joel Embiid is Joel Embiid. His personality is infectious and there aren’t many former teammates (none that I can think of, although as soon as I hit “publish” I’m sure ill think of some) that dont like playing with him. The team also features Doc Rivers who is a very well respected head coach.
James Harden beard night (when fans are allowed back at games) just sounds right though. 18,000 fans donning free beards as Harden goes off for 50 and the Sixers push their winning streak to 60-0 is a Philadelphia that I want to live in.
