JJ Redick’s hilarious stare becomes the NBA restart’s latest incredible meme
Sometimes, it’s just not your day. Saturday was not the New Orleans Pelicans’ day.
The Pelicans faced off with the Clippers on Saturday evening in the third day of the NBA’s seeding games. Things didn’t go according to plan for the Pellies.
Because, after taking the Jazz down to the wire on Thursday, New Orleans was probably feeling pretty good about where it stood in the race for the Western Conference’s eighth seed. You know, build off a close loss and try to play competitive basketball and all that?
…right?
Well, maybe not.
Fast forward to Saturday afternoon, the Pelicans found themselves down by 32 points at halftime, and… let’s just say JJ Redick wasn’t exactly enjoying himself.
