See what was brewing with Jen Scordo today. Every day on The Best Show Ever? Jen Scordo shares a few recent weird and interesting news stories. Today that includes a Kobe Bryant statue that’s full of mistakes and New Yorkers are fed up with pot smoke… Here are her stories from today.

Come on people!  Be better!  A statue that honors Kobe Bryant outside of Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena is riddled with misspellings.  The statue marks Kobe’s 81 point game back in 2006 against the Toronto Raptors.  Raptors guard Jose Calderon’s name was misspelled.  Spelling it as Calderson instead.  Also, Lakers forward Von Wafer’s first name was misspelled as Vom instead.  The word decision was also misspelled.  I mean, I kinda get that one… But in all seriousness, did nobody check this statue before it was displayed?  Or did they notice it and just said to heck with it, put it up anyway?  Be better people.  Kobe deserves better.

Marijuana has been legal in New York City since 2021, but some residents are still having to deal with the pot smoke.  Even in smoke free buildings… A 25 year old resident of Cobble Hill says that the smoke is so bad, throughout the entire day and night, that she suffers from nausea, sore throat and itchy eyes.  Another resident says that the smoke infiltrates their entire home including the children’s rooms.  Which obviously is not great… Evidently even in these smoke free buildings. Nobody is enforcing the pot smoking leaving the residents frustrated and with a contact high.
