What’s Brewing With Jen Includes Streaming During The Emmy’s
Rob McElhenney, winner of Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program for "Welcome To Wrexham"
See what was brewing with Jen Scordo today. Every day on The Best Show Ever? Jen Scordo shares a few recent weird and interesting news stories. Today that includes Rob McElhenney streams Eagles game from Emmy’s and airlines passengers refunded for having to sit in human urine… Here are her stories from today.
Rob McElhenney And Kaitlin Olson Stream Eagles Game
Rob McElhenney is a Philadelphia native and a huge Philadelphia sports fan. Known facts. He’s also quite an accomplished actor and producer. Therefore, he was in attendance at the Emmy Awards that took place Monday night. But an Eagles fan will not be stopped. He and Olson decided to stream the Eagles game during the ceremony. He and his “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” cast presented the Emmy for Outstanding Talk Series to “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.” He also took home five Emmy’s for he and Ryan Reynolds’ “Welcome to Wrexham” docuseries. And unfortunately, we all know how the Eagles game turned out, so be happy you stayed in warm and sunny Los Angeles.

Airline Passengers Sit In Urine On Flight
A New Zealand couple have received a full refund from a Qantas Airways flight after they sat in urine during a 10-hour flight. The couple flew from Bangkok, Thailand to Sydney, Australia recently. Once one of them put their belongings under the seat in front of them and eventually pulled it back out, they noticed it was damp. One of those items was a neck pillow. They assumed it was wet from spilled water. After several hours, they reached under the seat again and realized that the dampness came from a discarded pair of wet children’s underwear. Gross. After the flight the couple attempted to get a full refund from Qantas Airways for having to sit in “biohazard waste” for 10 hours… and were denied. A lot of back and forth and the airline eventually refunded the $3,827 to the couple.

12 Candidates To Be The Eagles Next Head Coach
With the Eagles season over, calls for Nick Sirianni to be fired have begun. And it is hard to argue with. After starting 10-1, the Eagles lost 6 of their last 7, including an embarrassing final performance in the playoffs. The Bucs are not a very good team. They only made the playoffs because of how bad the NFC South is. But even they outplayed the Eagles in every aspect of the game. Their offense moved the ball on the Eagles all game long. And all the Eagles could muster on offense was a measly 9 points. A lot of the blame for that is falling right on the Eagles Head Coach.
It was a continuation of all the issues the Eagles have had since December. They couldn’t handle a blitz, and their secondary was getting ripped apart like wet tissue paper. The effort was gross, as we saw guys missing tackles left and right, and taking terrible routes to the ball carrier. It was a truly embarrassing end to a truly embarrassing season. To the point there probably needs to be big changes before next season.
But if Nick Sirianni does go, who will replace him? Will they go with one of the big names on the market? Should they hire one of the young Offensive Coordinators around the league? Or will it be an out-of-nowhere hire like it has been the last two times they needed a new Coach?
Some of these options might appeal to Eagles fans, others not so much. One name in particular on this list will likely have Eagles fans pissed at me just for suggesting it. But these are not necessarily the 12 guys I think would be best. They are 12 names that either make sense or are already drawing interest in the Head Coach market from other teams.
Here are 12 candidates to be the Eagles Head Coach after Nick Sirianni:
