Josh Richardson Leaves Sixers Game with Concussion

An injury to Josh Richardson with 11:17 left in the second quarter left the Sixers with two of their original starters, Tobias Harris and Al Horford, Sunday night.
Richardson collided with Alec Burks during Burks layup attempt his head bumped into Richardson’s face. Richardson had a towel pressed against his nose as he headed towards the locker room.
He was ruled out of the game with a nose contusion and later diagnosed with a concussion.
Josh Richardson also has a concussion. He has been entered into concussion protocol. Another update expected tomorrow.

The Sixers fell to the Clippers in a 136-130 loss.
