80-year-old Man Has Not Really Slept In 60 Years
A man in Vietnam has lived 80 long years on this Earth and he hasn’t really slept in 60 of those years. Thai Ngoc says he may get an hour or two of sleep a night if he’s had enough win, but otherwise he stays up working or drinking green tea. He said that during a war in 1955 to 1975, he was able to sleep, however in 1962, he really just stopped sleeping. His insomnia is baffling to him and to those around and doctors have not been able to figure out why he can’t sleep more than an hour or two a night. I don’t sleep well, but I get at least 5 hours of sleep a night… and I’m a zombie on those mornings, I need 7 hours of sleep to function properly… I would take 9 to 10 hours of sleep at night, but that never happens anymore. But this guy seems to function well on just an hour or two of sleep a night.
