Check out Zack Wheeler’s sick new place in Philly
Nine-figure contracts go a long way.
Zack Wheeler has arrived in Philadelphia for spring training 2.0, which begins Wednesday in South Philly.
The Georgia native and former Met is in the process of settling into his new place in Philly. Wheeler signed a five-year, $118 million contract with the Phillies in early December (he’s due $8.73 million of prorated pay in 2020) but is just now settling into his new place in Philly.
And what a place it is. Wheeler’s wife, Dominique, posted a few pictures to Instagram Sunday showing the sick view overlooking the city.
The Wheelers are expecting their first child toward the end of July.
