After five years with the Washington Redskins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jackson is also happy to be back after being cut by Chip Kelly in 2014.
Fans at the practice also saw Jackson leap up to catch a 50-yard deep ball from Quarterback, Carson Wentz for a big gain causing the crowd to erupt again.
The wide receiver also signed autographs after the game.
The Eagles sent a fifth-round pick to the Buccaneers in March to bring Jackson back.
