Eric Karabell Dishes Out Fantasy Advice For Week 8
With how great the Phillies are, your Fantasy team may be on the back burner. But Football is still being played even if we are a bit distracted by the World Series in Philly. And every week ESPN Fantasy Expert Eric Karabell joins “The Best Show Ever?” to dish out some Fantasy Advice before the Thursday game when the week officially starts. It is your chance to get your burning fantasy questions answered. Are you unsure of who to put into the final flex spot? Do you have two QBs and don’t know which one is the better play? And there are a lot of players on bye weeks, so maybe you need advice on who to replace your starters with from your team’s bench. He answers all your questions. Here is what Karabell had to say when he was on with us earlier today before the week 8 games.
Eric Karabell on the Eagles’ Fantasy value this week vs the Steelers…
“Obviously the same Eagles as always. Hurts is a dominant Qb, a top 3 QB in Fantasy right now. AJ Brown, of course, Devonta Smith, the tight end. I think the defense is an excellent play this week against a rookie QB. You are going to have a ferocious pass rush. Pittsburgh wide receivers are not going to be open against the Eagles’ secondary, And Najee Harris has had a terrible season so far. They can’t open up any holes for him. So I don’t expect Pittsburgh to move the ball very well at all. The Eagles’ defense gets maybe 2 turnovers from Pickett. I think it is an easy Eagles win. And I think the Eagles’ defense will be a surprise this week as well.”
