Dont Deny Yourself That Special Feeling
After 4 weeks there is ONE team in the NFL who is still undefeated, and it’s your Philadelphia Eagles. Their next 8 games are winnable. Some VERY winnable. They face off against:
Arizona
Dallas
Pittsburgh
Texans
Commanders
Colts
Start believing.
Because when you break down what we have seen so far this season its very possible that the Eagles could enter that week 12 game against the Packers as an 11-0 team. At worst, the Eagles should enter week 12 with a 9-2 record. At that point youre looking at the #1 seed.
Just looking at how this defense has played in the last 3 weeks, theyre going to be chomping at the big to play the quarterbacks coming up. Kyler Murray WITHOUT DeAndre Hopkins. Then you have either Cooper Rush or Dak Prescott who probably isnt returning to form right away. The Eagles then play either Mitch Trubisky or Kenny Pickett. Davis Mills isnt HORRIBLE in week 9….but no one is terrified of him. Carson Wentz then makes his first trip into the Linc and we saw what happened a week ago. The Colts have some talent but the Eagles have shown an ability to get to statuesque quarterbacks. Then its Aaron Rodgers.
The John Kincade Show is heading to Arizona this week with Philly Sports Trips. But to act like everyone heading out west isnt thinking about a return trip in February. This team is good. They’re really good. They have an incredibly winnable schedule and a swagger about them that will serve them well all season. The parallels between this team and the 2017 team cant be ignored.
When the Powerball is at a gajillion dollars you allow yourself to spend that money in your head. You know that you have a better chance of getting struck by lightning twice but you still do it. The Eagles winning the Super Bowl is far more likely to happen than you winning the Powerball. So enjoy this. Dare to dream. Dont push off that Super Bowl feeling that you are probably having. Because life is too short not to appreciate good football.
