Jalen Hurts Named NFC Player of the Month
Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has been named the NFC Player of the Month. Not a huge surprise considering Huts’ strong play has led the Eagles to a 3-0 record and one of just two remaining unbeaten teams in the NFL. Hurts’ has shown an ability to beat teams with his arm this season thanks to the addition of AJ Brown, combined with his hard work in the offseason.
So far this season Hurts has passed for 916 yards, 4 touchdowns to just 1 interception. He has also added 167 yards on the ground with 3 rushing touchdowns. Hurts is listed as 4th in MVP odds on BetMGM. Hurts’ will look to continue his torrid pace on October 2nd when he welcomes back his former coach Doug Pederson.
