Jason Kelce Out Due To Elbow Surgery

Jason Kelce, center, was not at practice today. Kelce; a notable veteran entering his 12th season with Philadelphia, is having a “routine cleanout” surgery on his elbow.
Kelce is reported to be back week 1 as the Eagles travel to Detroit to take on the Lions, which is a month away.
Despite Eagles’ center Jason Kelce undergoing an elbow procedure, one source said today that the “full expectation is Kelce will be ready and healthy week 1.”

The team stated; “After trying to work through discomfort in his elbow, it was agreed that a routine cleanout was in his best interest and would also allow for a speedy recovery.”
Kelce currently holds a 122 game streak that we are all hoping he is able to keep; but with nearing the middle of August it doesn’t give him much time to recover.
