THE EAGLES SUPER BOWL RINGS ARE MAGNIFICENT
If a Super Bowl win is the world’s most delicious ice cream sundae than consider the Eagles Super Bowl ring the most spectacular cherry on top.
After declaring June 15, 2018 at 12:01 am the deadline to end all celebrations, Doug Pederson and his World Champion Eagles received their Super Bowl rings last night in a spectacular ceremony to end all celebrations.
The event kicked off in South Philadelphia with an appropriate green carpet entrance. The players and their dates (most wearing green) arrived and spoke to media members along the green carpet.

Once inside the ceremony, Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie showed a video of each player before being presented with a box containing the ring.

The ring was revealed to be as special as the win itself. With a total of 219 diamonds, it includes 17 green sapphires, 13 diamonds on the base (representing 13 regular season W’s), 3 diamonds at the top (3 post season wins), and the bezel of the rings has 127 diamonds (the total addition of jersey numbers from the “Philly Special”). Inside the ring are each player’s signature and the beloved underdog mask engraved. As if these details aren’t enough, the ring has the words “We all we got. We all we need”, the popular mantra of the 2017-2018 season on the outside.

As a grand finale to the ceremony, none other than Meek Mill performed the unofficial/official anthem of the Eagles 2017-2018 season, Dreams and Nightmares. CAN YOU GET MORE PHILLY THAN THAT?

If Doug’s declaration to move forward stays, that’s all she wrote folks. Until the next ring ceremony…
