Eagles Have Been Offered a Date for White House Visit
The Philadelphia Eagles reportedly have been offered a date to visit the White House.
As 6 ABC first reported, the team has received an invitation to visit the White House on June 5th. Players Malcolm Jenkins and Chris Long have already stated they will not attend if invited. Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles has said he will do whatever the team does, while Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox have previously declined to comment on their decision. Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie has been, by all accounts, not a fan of President Trump. Allegedly calling his term “disasterous”.
