The Phillies have started making moves in free agency, and here is your all encompassing list of the players that will be added to the roster for the 2022 season:
RP - Jeurys Familia
The Phillies have signed RHP Jeurys Familia to a 1 year, $6 million deal. Familia, a long time division rival, had a 3.94 ERA in 59.1 innings for the New York Mets in 2021. The 32 year old will add some veteran presence from his 10 year MLB career to the Phils’ bullpen.
OF - Odubel Herrera
The Phillies have re-signed CF Odubel Herrera to a 1 year, $1.75 million contract. He batted .260 with 13 homers and 51 RBIS in 2021 as he handled the majority of time in center for last year’s team.
RP - Brad Hand
The Phillies have signed LHP Brad Hand to a 1 year contract with a guarantee of $6 million. Hand posted a 3.90 ERA out of the bullpen for the Toronto Blue Jays last season, and brings 11 years of experience to a bullpen that was expected to be on the younger side.
OF - Kyle Schwarber

The Phillies are in agreement on a deal with Kyle Schwarber. Right now, years and money arent known. Schwarber had a big bounce back year in 2021 playing with both the Nationals and Red Sox. He hit 32 home runs and had 71 RBI with a slash line of .266/.374/.554
