Virtua provides an assortment of monitoring devices that are specifically connected to the Hospital at Home team. What you receive will depend upon your condition and care needs.
You will have daily video consultations with a Hospital at Home physician. Home visits from Virtua clinicians are also a core component of the program. A Virtua team member will make house calls to assess your health and discuss your progress two times a day. You’ll also receive medication, blood work, imaging, and physical therapy as needed.
Hospital at home empowers and puts patients at the center of their care as they complete their hospital care and recover at home.
