Flyers Sign Top Goaltending Prospect
The Flyers signed on of their top prospects, inking goalie Samuel Errson to an entry level contract. After being drafted in the 5th round of the 2018 draft Errson established himself as one of the top goalies in the Swedish Elite League. In 42 games last season Errson tended net for Brynas IF Gavie. in 42 games Errson has a 2.96 GAA with a .910 save%.
Errson will have to establish himself to the North American game. All three Flyers goalies ( Brian Elliot, Alex Lyon, and Carter Hart) are either unrestricted free agents OR restricted (Hart.) The move comes a few days after the team learned they would officially be drafting 13th overall in the upcoming NHL draft.
