UFC Vegas 24 Betting Guide
Two year ago this matchup was poised to headline UFC 234 until Robert Whittaker had to pull out the night before the fight. Since then, both of these men have fought, and lost to now champion Israel Adesayna. But this could very well be a fight to decide which man gets the rematch first.
Here are some specifics. The prelims kick off at 7:o0pm on ESPN+. Then the main card kick off at 10pm on ESPN+/ESPN.

MAIN EVENT TIME
Luis Pena vs. Alex Munoz
Luis Pena has probably the best nickname in the sport (Violent Bob Ross) but his road in the UFC has been very up and down. Hes trained at high level gyms like AKA and ATT and its getting to the point where he has to put it all together. And Alex Munoz is the perfect fighter for him to get going. Pena is more experienced, and should be able to put his length to good use and get the W
Luis Pena -155
Abdul Razak Alhassan vs. Jacob Malkoun
I was young, foolish, and naive. And I bet on Jacob Malkoun in his last fight. Now, in my defense, he looked solid in 17 seconds, but it was the 18th second of his UFC career that was his downfall. He went down like a sack of bricks to Phil Hawes. Im honestly a little surprised the UFC is giving him Alhassan, I figured if they were going to keep Malkoun they would look to pair him up against DWCS fighters, but alas. I will go with Alhassan
Abdul Razak Alhassan -300
Chase Sherman vs. Andrei Arlovski
Since returning to the UFC Sherman has looked good. But Arlovski is an OG in the sport. Standing across from Ike Villanueva is a little different than standing across from Arlovski. Arlovski is taking this fight on a weeks notice, so you have to wonder how that will affect things. But Arlovski said when he lost to Tom Aspinall that he thought he might get cut. I think that might be a wake up call for him. I like Arlovski to get one more win in the UFC octagon
Andrei Arlovski -120
Jeremy Stephens vs. Drakkar Klose
Stephens goes back to 155 and I dont like it. Dont like it at all. Sure, Stephens can still put your lights out but at 155 its different. Hes no longer swatting away 145 pounders, hes swinging with the bigger 155’ers and I think hes undersized and will realize quickly that he shouldve stayed at featherweight
Drakkar Klose +100 (lock)
Robert Whittaker vs. Kelvin Gastelum
Styalistcally this is a very fun matchup. It always has been. But Whittaker, since dropping the belt to Izzy, hasnt looked great. Hes won, but primarily in boring fights. Gastelum snapped a 3 fight losing streak recently to Ian Heinesch in what was clearly a “get right” fight for Kelvin, who looked exceptional. But I really like Kelvin in this one. I hope we finally see the return of “Bobby Knuckles” but I fear hes dealing with Tyron Woodley syndrome.
Kevlin Gastelum +220
