• Pizza Hut Bringing Back Mini Basketball

  We love our pizza around here, all makes and models, Hunter even likes bacon and ranch on his pies…  

  And those of us from a certain age bracket may remember when Pizza Hut’s had Pac Man machines, a buffet and those great red plastic cups… Well Pizza Hit is bringing the nostalgia back with the mini basketball!  Of course, they’re arriving just in time for March Madness, the basketballs will be available for a limited time starting on March 14th at participating Pizza Huts nationwide.  The basketballs pair well with the Big New Yorker pizza that’s box converts into a hoop and backboard.  The basketballs are $7 and can be ordered through their website or the Pizza Hut app.   

   

• Tricking People with Ikea Vacation

  Don’t believe everything you see online, a YouTuber named Natalia Taylor posted to her over 200,000 followers a beautiful scene that appeared to make her look like she was on a luxurious trip to Bali. However she really took a trip to her local Ikea.  She posted the video saying, “The point of this video is to show how easy it is to trick people into thinking you’re someone you’re not, and immediately people started buying it.”  

  She left a few Easter eggs in the photos; you can see a few Ikea-type things in the pictures, and she did that on purpose to further drive home the point that it was all pretend.   

   

• Ted Lasso Pub Available to Rent

  And Finally, the favorite pub from the hit TV show Ted Lasso is available to rent through Airbnb.  And it’s only $13 a night!  Of course, there’s a catch… It’s only available for 3 nights – October 23, 24 and 25th.  The pub’s owner teamed up with Warner Bros to offer up the Crown and Anchor pub that’s just around the corner from Ted Lasso’s apartment.  If you win the opportunity, you’ll also receive AFC Richmond gear, you’ll get to play darts and sing karaoke.
