97.5 The Fanatic was the exclusive radio partner for Stoltzfus Structures Brian Dawkins Driving Impact Celebrity Golf Tournament Presented by E & E Contracting.

The station broadcasted live from 6am-6pm at the Penn Oaks Golf Club in West Chester on Tuesday, May 2.

After the Philadelphia Eagles continued to make offseason splashes in Kansas City at the 2023 NFL Draft, some franchise legends gathered back together to celebrate the Birds and raise money for a great cause.

Brian Westbrook, Jevon Kearse, Brent Celek, Tra Thomas, Hollis Thomas, and Ron Jaworski highlighted a long list of current and former Eagles who attended the event.

The John Kincade Show, The Anthony Gargano Show, and The Best Show Ever enjoyed a day at the golf course that benefitted Dawkins’ efforts to bring inspiration, education, and resources to youth and families in need.

It turned into a memorable afternoon full of some friendly competition and memories of the great teams in franchise history, just like Dawkins expected.

“When you’ve been in a locker room, and you get all those guys back together, the jokesters come out. The teasing just comes out…I love seeing the smiles on cats’ faces when we get back together.” -Dawkins

The Best Show Ever hosted an impressive list of local legends at The Brian Dawkins Driving Impact Celebrity Golf Tournament. Eddie George, Trent Cole, Jevon Kearse, Mark McMillian, and David Akers all joined to discuss the event and the high opinion they have of the guest of honor and his efforts in the community.

Brian Dawkins was the Fanatic's final guest of the day.

"Ultimately, it's about those transformative... situations that we can put young adults in to teach them some things, and young single parents as well and blessing them with some of the resources they need to do some great things."
