Pickle lovers rejoice!  The world's largest pickle party is coming to Philly this Summer.  Nothing says summer like a festival of fun, family, music, and eating and drinking everything pickle flavored.

You don't have to worry about parking, because the Phillies are away for their games in Baltimore against the Orioles.  So if you love pickles or know someone who does, this is a fun Summer activity to add to the calendar.  It's also the first time it's in Philadelphia, which makes it even more fun.

Pickle Party Is One Of A Kind

"The Big Dill has become a global sensation, with fans traveling from all over the world to participate in this event. And in 2024, The City of Brotherly Love will be at the epicenter of all the fermentation frenzy!”

12 Food & Drink Options Debuting at Citizens Bank Park

Citizens Bank Park became the home of the Philadelphia Phillies 20 years ago, and the ballpark will debut new food and special merchandise options as part of a year-long milestone celebration.

Jim Thome and company christened the ballpark in 2004. Ryan Howard helped bring a World Series to Philadelphia in 2008, and Bryce Harper hopes to bring another. While the most passionate MLB fan base watches the Fightin’ Phils, they can also enjoy the best eats of any MLB ballpark.

Citizens Bank Park Food Options

Nothing can replace the good old American hot dog. Peanuts and crackers might be another tradition, but why limit youself given the incredible list of food options at Citizens Bank Park?

You’ve tried Bull’s BBQ and Chickie’s and Pete’s crab fries for two decades at the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. You’ve probably mixed the classics with newer options like the Schwarburger. Combine it all with brand new options like the bratwurst sandwich or the buffalo chicken hoagies from Greens and Grains.

If you’re feeling up to it, wash it down with one of those crazy beer bats while you’re at it. Do anything that helps you enjoy the crack of the bat and the summer atmosphere.

It’s all part of the Citizens Bank Park experience when the Phillies are back in the conversation as a World Series contender.

Dan Baker rolled out his best Harry Kalas impersonation to introduce former Phillies great Mickey Morandini. The Phillie Phanatic, of course, won’t miss a beat or a good food option at Citizens Bank Park this summer. The classic ballpark atmosphere will send chills down the spines of Phillies fans from Opening Day through Red October.

The summer serenity of the ballpark hits Philadelphia as much as the Jersey Shore or a celebration of America’s birthplace on the 4th of July. Citizens Bank Park is once again the place to be.

Bull's BBQ Rib Sandwich

Greg "The Bull" Luzinski helped the Phillies win their first World Series in 1980. Modern fans know him for Bull's BBQ located in Ashburn Alley. Expand on the Bull's classics with a rib sandwich this season. Be careful how much BBQ sauce you dump on one of these. Grab extra napkins.

Schwarburger 2.0

Kyle Schwarber hits dingers. He gets involved with Wawa. He has his own burger at Citizens Bank Park. It's only right that to keep the momentum going with the Schwarburger 2.0. Enjoy one while Kyle Schwarber leads off in the bottom of the 1st.

P.J. Whelihan's

You've enjoyed P.J. Whelihan's for their wings and an ice cold beer already. The new pickleback buffalo wings take things one step further. Grab some fries with it, and wash them down with a Copper Lager near the center field gate. P.J.'s will rotate wing flavors each month.

Bratwurst Sandwich

Nothing will replace the good old American hot dog. Expand your pallet though. The bratwurst sandwich takes things one step further. The best MLB ballpark doesn't settle for the norm.

Drink Selection

Don't limit yourself to just food. Head down to Citizens Bank Park for a night out. The weather will be warm. Baseball is entertainment, so enjoy yourself.

Greens and Grains

The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Hoagie was possibly the most salacious item when the Phillies unveiled the new options. Pick one up from Greens and Grains. You can find the stand in Ashburn Alley toward right field. You might become an early proponent of the new ballpark favorite.

Loaded Funnel Cake Fry Sundae

The funnel cake isn't limited to your local fair. Restaurants have started to pick up funnel cake fries, and the Phillies joined the party. Don't miss out on the creative dessert design. Grab one during the late innings to help everything go down smoothly.

Big Mozz Sticks

Mozzerella sticks are an excellent appetizer option. How about a different twist though? Big mozz sticks outdo the norm. Don't settle for less.

Angry Caesar Salad

The smell of the Angry Caesar Salad can freshen you up. If you're feeling full from that beer bat, change things up with this special option. You've got some dressing choices also. Enjoy it in the sun or in the shade.

Phillies Pretzel

The Philly soft pretzel is a classic that will never die. The Phillies P is an unmistakaable mark of local sports fandom. Two great things have become one. Pick up a pretzel at the concession stands at Citizens Bank Park.

Primo Hoagies

Primo Hoagies is a local favorite. It's no wonder they're down at the ballpark too. Citizens Bank Park keeps in touch with Philadelphia's route. There's nothing better than a good hoagie, whether it's hot or cold.

Wine

Some exclusive drink options will be available at concession stands throughout the park. Some will be part of the Citizens Bank Park 20th aniversary celebrations. Whether it's at a Phillies or something you can take home, enjoy them (responssibly). Let yourself have a great summer with the Fightin' Phils.
