New York City Finally Admits They’re Eagles Fans
When youre New York City, and you have two football teams and neither are very good, you tend to look elsewhere. You want to feel like a winner and honestly who could blame those losers them. While it wasnt a surprise to us that they jumped on the best team in football’s bandwagon, it was a BIG surprise to some in the city. A rude wakeup call that its the Eagles who run New York.
The Empire State building was lit up in green and white and it wasnt for the Jets, it was for the Birds.

As you can probably imagine, the Jets and Giants fans didnt take this well. They took to twitter and blasted the empire state building with tweets that I cant really put in this post (but theyre BAD.) The building tried to do a mea culpa by donning the building in Chiefs colors but the damage was done.

I think New York should just embrace this. Soak it in and join us in our trip to the Super Bowl. Dont be bitter that you have two teams and zero shot of winning a damn thing.
