Here is the Lineup from Today's Audio Vault. Including the debut album of Bruce Springsteen, a few famous Birthdays, and something to honor the memory of a Phillies legend.

Greeting From Asbury Park Debuts

On this day in 1973, Bruce Springsteen released his debut album, Greetings From Asbury Park. Bruce holds a special place in many of the local sportswriters' hearts, including our own Bob Cooney. So Andrew consulted Bob about which song from the album to pull out of The Audio Vault today, and Bob's choice was Blinded By The Light. And Andrew played it for us today in The Vault.

Happy Birthday Bradley Cooper

It is Bradley Cooper's birthday. He is a much beloved Philadelphia figure and one of the biggest names in Hollywood right now. And to honor his birthday, Andrew pulled a scene from Silver Linings Playbook that we can all relate to, where Robert De Niro's character tells Bradley Cooper that his new girlfriend is a Philadelphia Eagles jinx, claiming they haven't been good since she (Jennifer Lawrence) starting dating him. But of course, she had the receipts and started rattling off all the great games the Eagles have had since they had been together.

Happy Birthday Robert Duvall

And it is also Robert Duvall's birthday. You could place him among the great actors ever. And one of his more iconic roles came in The Godfather films where he played Tom Hagen, Lawyer and Consigliere to the Corleone family. And Andrew pulled one of his iconic scenes to play for us in The Vault today.

Tug McGraw Passed Away

And sadly on this day in 2004, Tug McGraw passed away. The closer for the Phillies when they won in 1980, he will always have a special place in Phillies' history. And to honor his memory, what better to pull out his strikeout that won the World Series for the Phillies?

Andrew Salciunas, “The Choonis,” has done it all at the station - screening calls, working events as a member of the street team, producing 7 days a week, doing updates, and now hosting his own show. Now with a wife and kid, his life experiences are far different than when he first started, but this “regular guy” knows how to relate to anyone. He writes about the Flyers, Phillies, Sixers, and Eagles.
