After trading up and selecting DT Jordan Davis with their first 1st round pick, the Eagles traded their second 1st rounder as well, but this time it wasnt to select a player it was FOR a player. The Philadelphia Eagles traded pick 18 for wide receiver AJ Brown per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The Eagles also gave up a 3rd rounder as well.

Brown had 63 catches for 869 yards and 5 touchdowns last season, which was considered a “down” year for the third year wide out. His first two seasons in the NFL he had back to back 1000 yard seasons. The Eagles will now pair him with DeVonta Smith to form one of the leagues most formidable 1-2 punches from the receiver position.
