Before Puck Drop: Breaking Down Flyers-Bruins

The Boston Bruins welcome back goalie, Tuukka Rask, who will start in net tonight. He signed a one-year $1 million contract on Tuesday. This past summer Rask had surgery to repair his torn labrum in his hip.
Last night the Bruins defeated the Canadians 5-1. Forward, Brad Marchand got his fifth career hat trick.
This is the last meeting between these teams. The Flyers hosted the Bruins at The Wells Fargo Center for their first two games of this series. On October 20th The Flyers defeated the Bruins 6-3. The Bruins bounced back 5-2 during their second meeting a month later on November 2nd.
The Flyers are still in hope of a win to break their five game losing streak. The Flyers haven’t played since this past Saturday. The Flyers were able to secure a point against the Sharks, but still fell short in overtime.
Tuesday’s Hurricanes game being postponed gave the Flyers time to regroup. The Flyers gained back key players. Returning to the ice is, Konecny, Giroux. Braun, and Provorov who were all healthy and ready to go at today’s morning skate in Boston.
The Flyers come in tonight with new lines.
