Flyers Successful Practice Before Boston

The Flyers-Hurricanes game was postponed with no word when the game will be made up. The Flyers now set their focus on preparing for Thursday’s Bruins game.
The Flyers gain back from Covid protocol, Claude Giroux celebrating his 34th birthday today, Ivan Provorov, Travis Konecny, and Justin Braun.
Provorov shared his frustration after today’s practice, “Somebody tells you that you can’t come back when you feel fine. When it’s a broken bone or a broken leg you can say I can’t play through that and I can live with that.”
Travis Konecny seems confident with his return to the ice, “I feel good and ready to go.” When asked about his game before being on protocol the forward said, “the drought isn’t ideal and I want to come out of that.”
Mike Yeo was asked about the return of those players who’ve missed a good amount of games, “Those players that are coming back if they’re capable of playing those minutes we’re going to give them that opportunity,” said Yeo.
Cam York was called up due to the unhealthy Flyers team, and making a statement, “I think he’s doing a great job right now of staying in the moment. You have to prove that you have that consistency. He’s doing a lot of things real well and I put him on the first unit power play,” said Yeo.
