ORCHARD PARK, NEW YORK - NOVEMBER 19: Leonard Floyd #56 of the Buffalo Bills celebrates in the fourth quarter against the New York Jets at Highmark Stadium on November 19, 2023 in Orchard Park, New York.

Well, 3 games into what everyone called the gauntlet in the Eagles schedule, and the Eagles have won all 3 tough games. They beat the Dolphins, Cowboys, and now Chiefs. And now their next game looks nowhere near as hard as it did to start the season, with the Bills coming to town.

The Bills were among the Super Bowl favorites at the start of the year. But something has been wrong with them. They are 6-5, and if the season ended today, they wouldn’t even be in the playoffs. They are coming off a blowout win over the Jets. But before that, they had losses to the Broncos, Patriots, Bengals, Jaguars, and Jets. Part of that is injuries. They have lost multiple key defensive starters. But even beyond that, something has just been off.

What is weird is they are 6th in points per game, 5th in points allowed per game, and 4th in point differential. Those numbers would make you think they are among the league’s best teams. But it is thrown off because 4 of their 6 wins were by at least 26 points. It’s when games get close that they tend to have issues. In week 1 they lost in OT to the Jets on a walk-off Punt Return. The Patriots scored a go-ahead TD on them with only 12 seconds left. And the Broncos hit a walk-off FG against them. Their losses to the Bengals and Jaguars were only close though because of late TDs by the Bills.

With that said, this is still a very talented team. There is a reason they had such good odds to start the season. Even with the injuries on defense, there are players on the Bills you need to worry about. The Eagles enter the game as 3-point home favorites. But in order to win, they are going to need to contend with these players.

Here are 5 Bills players who could give the Eagles trouble on Sunday:
