Eagles’ A.J. Brown narrowly avoids getting hit by car during bike ride
Eagles star receiver A.J. Brown was nearly hit by a car during a charity bike ride as a part of the Eagles Autism Challenge this weekend.
Luckily, he avoided disaster.
Phew.
Brown, 25, was documenting his ride when the incident happened.
A little while later, he explained that he didnt fall off his bike but dropped his phone and moved out of the way of the car.
Who nearly hit him? Brown has a theory.
At least Brown was in good spirits after the scare.
Not only did the Eagles avoid a major disaster with Brown on Saturday, but their 6th annual Eagles Autism Challenge was a major success. This years event raised over $6.2 million, more than $2 million more than last years event.
The Eagles Autism Challenge has raised over $22 million for autism research and organizations devoted to autism since it began.
Brown is coming off a Pro Bowl season in his first year with the Eagles. He had 88 catches for 1,496 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2022 and is under contract through the 2026 season.
