Tomorrow, March 24 is Great American Takeout Day. Order takeout or delivery from your favorite restaurant and help support local businesses in our area.
Local businesses and the restaurant industry is one that is feeling the brunt of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restaurant coalition is hoping Americans will come together for one day and support the industry by ordering takeout for pickup or delivery.
Although many restaurants have had to close their in dining experience many still offer carry out or delivery.
Use the hashtag #thegreatamericantakeout on social media prior to Tuesday to encourage participation and to continue supporting local restaurants and industry employees by ordering takeout regularly in future.
