Eagles Reach 3-Year Deal With Javon Hargrave
NBC Sports Philadelphia’s, John Clark, reported the Eagles have agreed to a three-year, $39 million deal with Steelers free agent Javon Hargrave.
The 27 year old has never made a Pro Bowl and had spent his career with the Steelers. He entered the league as a third round pick in 2016 out of South Carolina State and has started 52 of 63 games for the Steelers.
With a $13 million annual average salary, Hargrave becomes the sixth-highest-paid Eagle.
Hargrave’s addition gives defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz some flexibility.
