Will Doug Pederson retain Jim Schwartz?
Head Coach Doug Pederson and GM Howie Roseman addressed the media during a press conference on Wednesday and when asked about Jim Schwartz future with the team Pederson was vague with his response.
When Pederson was asked whether offensive coordinator Mike Groh and wide receivers coach Carson Walch would be back in 2020, Pederson gave a definitive “yes.” However, when asked about the future of Schwartz he seemed to have misunderstood the question.
Doug Pederson when asked about Mike Groh and Carson Walch: I think they did an excellent job this season. My hats off to them.

On whether they’ll be back: Yes, both of those guys will be back. #Eagles
Initially he thought the question was when would he be back from interviews, but when he was informed of the actual question regarding his future with the team, Pederson was noncommittal.
Schwartz was part of Pederson’s original staff and helped guide the Eagles to their first Super Bowl win in 2017.
