One of the best twitter follows is Freezing Cold Takes. The site that is dedicated to putting those that claim to be "experts" on blast for their TERRIBLE sports takes. You can delete the tweets, but the internet doesnt forget. Fred Segal, the creator of this great account, is an equal opportunist though! He will retweet the Colin Cowherds but also Joe Hoagiemouth who thought that JP Tokoto was going to be the next Chris Webber. Even us here at the station havent eluded the "wrath" of Old Takes Exposed

But believe it or not, Fred gets TONS of submissions everyday and he decided to compile some of the WORST into a book "Freezing Cold Takes: NFL." He joined the John Kincade Show to discuss the book, how the account was born. His philosophy on who to retweet and who not to, and some celebrities who arent a fan of his!
