NEW YORK, NEW YORK - APRIL 22: P.J. Tucker #17 of the Philadelphia 76ers reacts against the Brooklyn Nets during the second half of Game Four of the Eastern Conference First Round Playoffs at Barclays Center on April 22, 2023 in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. The 76ers won 96-88.

See what Andrew Salciunas found in the Audio Vault today! Every day on The Anthony Gargano Show at 11 am, Andrew and Anthony dive into the vault to see what audio is in there for that day. Today, Andrew honored a ton of different Birthdays. PJ Tucker, Mikael Renberg, and the late Sage Stallone. Also a memory of the Celtics losing in honor of them coming to town. Shohei Ohtani becoming the first guy since Babe Ruth to pull off a certain feat. And something else to honor the Kentucky Derby. You can listen to the full vault at the bottom of the page.

Here is what he played in the Audio Vault today:

  • Happy Birthday PJ Tucker

It’s PJ Tucker’s birthday! He has brought some much-needed toughness to the Sixers, and to celebrate it, Andrew shared audio of PJ, accidentally, hitting Jayson Tatum down below.

  • Happy Birthday Mikael Renberg

It is also Mikael Renberg’s birthday. To honor the member of the Flyers Legion of Doom, Andrew played some highlights from his career.

  • Happy Birthday Sage Stallone

Today also would have been the Birthday of Sage Stallone, who sadly passed away in 2012. He played his real-life dad’ son in Rocky, and Andrew played one of his scenes in the Vault today.

  • Ohtani becomes Second player to strike out 500 batters and hit 100 Hrs

Before recently, only babe Ruth had 100 HRs as a hitter and 500 Ks as a pitcher. But not you can add Ohtani to that list. The Angels two-way player recently accomplished the feat, and will likely keep climbing to 200 HRs and above. Andrew played the audio from the moment it happened in the Vault today.

  • Smarty Jones Wins The Derby

The Kentucky Derby is coming up. So Andrew played the audio of when Phillys own Smarty Jones won the derby in 2004
