Taylor Swift Exposed As A Fake Eagles Fan This Weekend

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI – SEPTEMBER 24: Taylor Swift reacts during a game between the Chicago Bears and the Kansas City Chiefs at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on September 24, 2023 in Kansas City, Missouri.
(Photo by David Eulitt/Getty Images)Taylor Swift loves to talk about being an Eagles fan, at least when she is in concert in Philadelphia. Weiridly we never see her at any Eagles games. She is never there next to Bradley Cooper and Jeffrey Lurie. Or sitting down by the end Zone with Mike Trout getting handed TD balls. But she claims to be an Eagles fan. Maybe she is just too busy. She is touring constantly, so she doesn't have time to go to Eagles games. But this weekend she was finally exposed as a fake Eagles fan.
Taylor Swift attended to Chiefs game alongside Donna Kelce, the mother of Jason and Travis. That part is fine. She and Travis are allegedly dating, so going to the game to support her boyfriend makes sense. The issue was what she was wearing, Chiefs gear.
...
What a phony. No Eagles fan would ever be caught dead in another team's gear unless they lost a bet.
If you watched "Kelce" you will have seen what Jason's wife, Kylie, had to say about this. In the documentary, she said that even if Jason was traded to another team, she would never wear another team's jersey. Because she is a real Eagles fan. She lives and dies by every snap like the rest of us. Taylor Swift isn't a fan like that. She is the type of fan who would show up to a Super Bowl party, wearing a jersey she borrowed from a friend, and asks who every player on the field is.
And that is fine. Not everyone is a football fan. She is just not an Eagles fan. No one would give her heat for that in normal circumstances. But don't come here, and pander to us by claiming you love the Eagles, when you probably don't even know what happened in weeks 1 and 2. You don't need to pretend to like the Eagles to sell out Lincoln Financial Field. Your fans are crazy enough that they will pack it with or without that pandering.
Now Eagles fans and Taylor Swift have problems, and I don't think she can solve them. (Sorry, couldn't resist the awful reference).
Philadelphia Eagles Projected 2023 Week 3 Starters
The Philadelphia Eagles are dealing with a variety of injuries on defense. They will travel to Florida in Week 3 of 2023 NFL season to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.
The defending NFC champs defeated the Minnesota Vikings at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 1.
Philadelphia Eagles Defeat Minnesota Vikings
The Eagles dominated in the running game in their second victory. D'Andre Swift touched the ball only once in Week 1, but he exploded in Week 2. The St. Joe's Prep graduate ran for 175 yards behind a dominant offensive line hungry to push around the Minnesota defense.
Jalen Hurts didn't kickstart the passing game to its full potential. However, he still managed to complete 18 of his 23 passes for 191 yards.
Nick Sirianni just keeps on winning. After a 2-5 start to his career as a head coach, he has won 25 of 33 games.
The Eagles will enter as 6.5 point favorites against the 2-0 Buccaneers.
Projected Philadelphia Eagles Week 3 Starters
The Eagles face some injury concerns heading down to Tampa. Avonte Maddox will likely miss the remainder of the season. Sirianni and the coaching staff have expressed confidence in Josh Jobe and other depth players, but the inexperienced backups must prove themselves in game action. The banged-up secondary showed some leaks against the Vikings.
Nicholas Morrow came up from the practice squad to start in Week 2. He led the linebacker corps (including Haason Reddick) in defensive snaps with 55. Zach Cunningham was close behind with 53, and he showed improvement from his Week 1 performance.
The status of Reed Blankenship is still in question. Justin Evans and Terrell Edmunds started at safety in Week 2. They dominated the snap counts while rookie Sydney Brown played minimally.
Injury news that affects the Eagles Week 3 starters will trickle out as the week moves along. The 10-day layoff allows more flexibility for Sirianni and the Eagles to get healthy and reset before facing the Buccaneers on Monday Night Football.
