Bengals Corner Eli Apple Trashes Jalen Hurts

Eli Apple is at it again. Never one to shy away from speaking his mind, Eli Apple went on twitter Sunday night and for whatever reason, had Eagles wide receiver…

Eli Apple is at it again.

Never one to shy away from speaking his mind, Eli Apple went on twitter Sunday night and for whatever reason, had Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith in his crosshairs. Apple had screenshotted a tweet from Smith from 2018. TWENTY EIGHTEEN! Where Smith said that every time he sees Eli Apple 1 on 1 he shakes his head. Im not sure if Apple was JUST alerted to this tweet or if hes been sitting on it, waiting to get his revenge, but after the Bengals advanced to the AFC Championship game Apple took his shot.

"LMAO Jalen Hurts his QB he big mad still shaking his head"

While Apple has been kind of a punching bag since he entered the league, being overdrafted by the Giants 10th overall, he might have a point. I think a lot of Eagles fans reactions were....

Even with Apple being up a fair point, I still think Smith would put Apple on skates if they faced off 1 on 1. Whether or not Hurts would get him the ball is another story.

I wish Eli Apple nothing but the worst because even though I am not a Jalen Hurts guy, we can criticize him because we are Eagles fans. This guy needs to worry about Tyreek Hill embarrassing him this weekend.
