Gardner Minshew & His Dad Celebrate The Win

Gardner Minshew was close to perfect in his first start for the Eagles. 20-25 for 242 yards and 2 touchdown passes. The Eagles defeated the Jets 33-18 and moved to 6-7 on the season and kept their playoff hopes alive. But Minshew wasnt composed after the big win. The quarterback who came to the Eagles via a trade right before the season, celebrated with his #1 fan after the game, his dad.

As John Clark points out, Papa Minshew tries to come to all of Gardner’s games. But weather youre a Hurts guy, or a Minshew guy, this is pretty awesome. The father son bond is a beautiful thing and to see the pure emotion pour out of Minshew and celebrate with his dad is awesome.
