Ben Simmons Addresses Rivers, Morey, And The Team.
On the day the Sixers have their home opener (which can be heard on 97.5 the Fanatic) Ben Simmons has addressed the team. According to The Athletics Shams Charania Simmons spoke to the entire team, including Daryl Morey and Doc Rivers. While he accepted responsibility for the entire circus, he said he is not mentally ready to rejoin the team
Sources: Ben Simmons spoke to Doc Rivers, Joel Embiid and entire 76ers team today and accepted everyone needs to take responsibility, including himself — but Simmons informed them all that he’s not mentally ready to play yet and needs time.

Welp…. it’s a step in the right direction, but as expected Simmons won’t be suiting up tonight, or anytime soon.
