Flyers Dedicating Season To Teammate Oskar Lindblom After Cancer Diagnosis
The Philadelphia Flyers are playing the rest of the season for teammate Oskar Lindblom. The 23 year old left winger is preparing for treatment after being diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer.

As a tribute, Lindblom’s jersey hung in the locker room before Saturday night’s game in Minnesota.

Lindblom will have more tests next week and begin treatment shortly after that.
