Raptors Leave Embiid Scoreless For First Time In His NBA Career

There’s a first time for everything, they say. Never before until Monday had Joel Embiid gone scoreless in an NBA game.

Held back by the Raptors and taunted from the Scotiabank Arena sidelines by Drake, the 76ers star wasn’t able to connect once with the basket.

“I would have never thought I would be here talking about zero points in an NBA game, but it is what it is,” said Embiid after Philly’s 101-96 loss.

Of Toronto’s point total, Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet added nearly half.
