Normally when NBA players fight on the court, it's mostly just chest bumps and finger-pointing. But that wasn't the case on Wednesday night.

Shoving turned to blows between Joel Embiid and Karl-Anthony Towns during the third quarter of the 76ers-Timberwolves game, leading both players to get tossed from the game.

What kicked off the melee? According to Embiid, "it kind of happened out of nowhere."

Sixers coach Brett Brown doesn't believe their big man will receive a suspension for his actions, noting that Embiid did not instigate the fight.
