MAIN CARD

  • Anthony Hernandez vs. Marc-Andre Barraiult

I think this is a pretty even matchup. Both these fighters have a few wins in the promotions but mainly to lower tiered guys. Hernandez has lost to Kevin Holland. M.A.B. has loses to Jotko and Andrew Sanchez. Matchup wise its close. So I will go with the experience of M.A.B. 19 fights compared to 11 for “Fluffy” Hernandez. Honestly, Im probably not touching it. But I think M.A.B.

    Marc-Andre Barraiult.

  • Tanner Boser vs. Rodrigo Nascimento

I usually dont like making heavyweight fights favorites, because Ive seen bad heavy weights land one big shot and win a fight against a much better fighter. Hell, it literally happened last week with Chris Barnett, who sucks. Yet he was able to get on top of Jake Collier and since he actually MISSED weight in the heavyweight division (rarely seen) he was simply too big for Collier….but im not bitter….

    ANYWAY

Boser is a much better fighter. He has more experience. He is a MUCH better striker and just needs to avoid the fight heading to the ground.

    Tanner Boser (lock)

  • Andre Filli vs. Bill Algeo

Algeo’s last fight was….embarrassing. Not for Algeo, but for his opponent (Herbet Burns) who literally got so tired he couldn’t physically get up in the second round. I’ve never seen anything like it. But thats a credit to Algeo who wore Burns down. I like Algeo and I think hes a nice fighter, but Filli has been there and done that. Fighting some of the better guys in the division. Filli has fast hands and trains at Alpha Male which should be called “mediocre male” because its a meh gym. BUT I think its got Filli ready. Filli has faced plenty of up and comers like Algeo. Filli gets it done.

    Andre Filli

  • Gregory Rodrigues vs. Chidi Njokuani

Gregory Rodrigues IS A PROBLEM. A heavy puncher that ran through Julian Marquez who, I think, is a really good middleweight. On the other side, all Chidi Njokuani has done since hes entered the UFC banner is win. Doing so by obliterating his opponents. So youve got two heavy handed middleweights who will stand and trade. Chidi’s experience should favor him in this fight as his 29 fights almost double Rodrigues 16. But after watching what Rodrigues did to Marquez its tough for me to pick against him.

    Gregory Rodrigues.

  • Cory Sandhagen vs. Song Yadong

The fact that Song Yadong is 23 years old and has 26 fights is insane. Hes a heavy handed striker whos only getting better with each fight. BUT….there are levels to this game and Cory Sandhagen is close to the top. He is arguably the 2nd or 3rd best bantamweight in the division. He just has more skills.

    Cory Sandhagen (lock)
