Phillies Trade Deadline Recap

The Phillies wrapped up the MLB trade deadline Tuesday with a flurry of moves as they made their push for the playoffs. The team hasnt made the post season since 2011 and hopefully these moves push the team over the top. The Phillies acquired a center fielder, something the team desperately needed. They also bolstered the bullpen by bringing back a familiar face, and they got a starter. But most of the fan base was excited as the team cut two “fan favorites”….
