Mike opens with some thoughts on the Sixers of how Doc Rivers is going to be able to blend bench guys he can’t trust and who haven’t been able to show they can contribute. Mike also has reaction to the Phillies going after another bat and strongly going after Nick Castellanos. In keeping conversation on a lighter side today, Mike will give callers a random movie and let them decide if it’s in their Top 15 movies (0:00-41:50). The movie debate heats up and leads Mike into a story of how he was late for picking a girl up for a date. Jen dives into some interesting stories outside the world of sports on “What’s Brewin’ with Jen” including a women waking up in the middle of surgery (41:50-1:23:47). Eagles legend Brian Westbrook joins the show and discusses with Mike the big news of Deshaun Watson being traded to the Cleveland Browns and the Delaware/Villanova game in progress. Brian also shares his thoughts on the Fletcher Cox situation and if he will return and Brian isn’t ready to throw the towel in on Sixers contending in the East. Later Brian, Mike and Tyrone have a tailgate dispute (1:23:47-2:06:25). The movie debate continues and a phone caller challenges Tyrone to an 8 minute basketball debate.
