Anthony and Andrew opening the show saying that despite Aaron Nola, and the 2-4 weekend,  they still see the Phillies winning the division (0;00:00-0:20:25). In the next  segment, they discuss the Eagles, and not letting yourself get hyped by preseason, and keeping realistic expectations, because Anthony sees people getting too high on a team he doesn’t think will be good, and also have a conversation about their favorite snack cakes (0:20:37-0:45:18). Then they get into the NFC East, and Anthony talks to some callers about Jalen hurts, plus they continue the snack cake topic (0:45:30-1:08:16). Anthony discusses the limitations he sees in hurts, and while although he is rooting for him, his expectations aren’t high (1:08:28). Anthony takes more calls, talks about Jalen Hurts, and a little Ben Simmons (1:08:40-1:28:02). Then they get into the Phillies, and Anthony thinks Phillies need to sweep the D Backs to prove they are real (1:28:14-1:51:48).Then he gets back to the Eagles, talks about the Joint practices, and again warns people to set expectations too high (1:52:00-2:14:01-2:35:00). Anthony closes the show with more phone calls, more Phillies, and gives people one last chance to get on or off the Choonis train (2:35:00-End).
