Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley will host an invite-only youth flag football tournament in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, this June. Mark your calendars. The Saquon Barkley Alpha Invitational hits Whitehall High School on June 20-21.

According to the Valley Ledger, this 5v5 competition brings together some of the top youth squads around. Ages span from 7U all the way through high school, with both coed and girls brackets available.

Winners walk away with championship rings. But there's more at stake — teams in the Saquon Barkley tournament will battle for a coveted bid to the Flag Football Life Nationals.

The MASB Hope Foundation runs the show, giving young athletes a chance to play on the same turf where the Whitehall native once dominated.

Food trucks will line the grounds. A vendor village adds to the atmosphere. Registration opened through an online entry system.

Barkley starred at Whitehall High School before moving on to college ball. Years later, he became one of the NFL's premier running backs.

This tournament brings him home. It delivers high-stakes youth competition to the place where his career began, creating opportunities for the next wave of players.

Only select squads receive invitations. The two-day event showcases the most talented teams from across the region, ensuring fierce competition throughout.

Interested squads can find registration materials online. A Google Forms link provides access to the entry process.

Whitehall High School in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, hosts the action on June 20-21. Multiple age brackets will compete over both days, with games running throughout the weekend.
