Just in time for the opening of the Phillies' 2026 season on Thursday, March 26, Citizens Bank Park will unveil the Schwarbomb Sundae and other new food options for fans, some inspired by the players on the Phillies' roster.
According to Action News 6abc, the following items are set to make their appearance at the ballpark:
Sánchez Sliders
Sánchez Sliders will feature honey-stung chicken tenders with Grillo's Pickles and Mike's Hot Honey on potato rolls, with proceeds going to Clínica de Familia in La Romana, Dominican Republic, the home of Phillies pitcher Cristopher Sanchez. Look for them in the Coca-Cola Corner, Left Field Plaza & Cadillac Hall of Fame Club.
Schwarbomb Sundae
The Schwarbomb Sundae is a shareable treat with soft-serve, funnel-cake-fried strawberry Uncrustable, fresh strawberry sauce, and fruity cereal, served in a 2026 MLB All-Star helmet. Proceeds from the sale of the treat, named after Phillies left fielder Kyle Schwarber, benefit Schwarber's Neighborhood Heroes. Find this sundae in the Coca-Cola Corner Treats, Left Field Plaza.
The Sweeper
The Sweeper is a ribeye steak sandwich with pizza sauce, provolone, and pepperoni. Proceeds support The Luzardo Family Foundation for children's health and underserved programs. Look for it at Campo's, Ashburn Alley.
New Food Vendors
According to 6abc, new vendors this season include Freddy's Frozen Custard, at Home Plate - Section 126, and LaScala's Fire at the Philadelphia Insurance Club.
Following a successful run last season, the 9-9-9 Challenge, featuring nine mini hot dogs and nine flight-sized beers, is returning this year.
New Food Offerings
Other new food creations include the following:
- The Hatfield Phootlong Dog adds a jumbo frank on a Liscio's Bakery roll, available at Hatfield Classics Grill, sections 114, 129, and 314.
- Wilt's Chocolate Smothered Berries feature fresh strawberries drowned in a milk chocolate blend, made fresh for each customer. This treat will be showcased at sections 111 and the Cadillac HOF Club.
- The 1883 Burger Co. Smash Burger features two Pat LaFrieda patties and Grillo's Pickles on a Liscio's Bakery roll.
- The Bull's BBQ Sampler Platter offers up a hearty helping of pulled pork, smoked turkey, beans, slaw, and white bread.
