The Philadelphia 76ers announced that the team will host a 25th Anniversary Reunion Game celebrating the 2000-2001 Eastern Conference Championship team. The reunion game will be held on Saturday, Jan. 31, as the 76ers take on the New Orleans Pelicans at Xfinity Mobile Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

Members of the 2000-2001 team will be available for the game's festivities, including Allen Iverson, Aaron McKie, Eric Snow, George Lynch, Jumaine Jones, Kevin Ollie, Speedy Claxton, Theo Ratliff, Todd MacCulloch, Rodney Buford, Pat Croce, Billy King, and the mascot Hip-Hop. Alumni appearances are subject to change.

According to an NBA news release, the Philadelphia 76ers will honor the 25th anniversary of the team's Eastern Conference Championship season with several fan‑focused celebrations. They begin with a 76ers Hardwood Classic Pep Rally, presented by Coors Light, at Stateside Live. 

Beginning at 4:30 p.m., the event will feature Coors Light drink specials and a meet‑and‑greet opportunity with a 2000-2001 76ers player alum at 5:30 p.m. Fans attending can also participate in ticket and 76ers/Coors Light swag giveaways. Live performances will feature Squad 76 and the Sixers Stixers. 

Before tipoff, the Philadelphia 76ers will honor the sports reporters and press members from the 2000-2001 season whose work shared the story of the team's unforgettable championship run. A special bell ringer will also be presented. 

At halftime, the Sixers will hold a center court tribute honoring the 2000-2001 team. Legendary 76ers PA announcer Matt Cord will introduce the roster, while former 76ers broadcaster Marc Zumoff will serve as the ceremony's emcee. Zumoff will host a conversation with the team members as they reminisce about their time in Philadelphia and reflect on the season.
