What’s Brewing With Jen

See what was brewing with Jen Scordo today. Every day on The Best Show Ever Jen Scordo shares a few recent weird and interesting news stories. Today that includes lots of sharks - an NFL agent wrestles a shark and a fisherman reel in a ‘devil shark’… Here are her stories from today.

Drew Rosenhaus was fishing recently with his client, Tyreek Hill.  While Rosenhaus was snorkeling, a shark swam up, he grabbed the animal and pulled it toward him while asking people on the boat to take a picture of him… He was already being filmed… the shark appears to be about 5-6 feet long, it was not a small, little baby shark. He also asked Hill if he wanted to jump in, to which he replied “hell no.”  Rosenhaus made it back onto the boat safely.

Off the coast of Taiwan, commercial fisherman recently reeled in a super rare, almost 2,000-pound, 15 foot “devil shark.” Representatives from the Taiwan Ocean Artistic Museum claim the shark belongs to a prehistoric shark family and is actually a very rare living fossil.  The shark has translucent skin, a pink body, huge fangs and a huge, I mean huge nose.  This particular shark not only weighed almost 2,000 pounds but was also pregnant.  This shark is not a threat to humans as it feeds on squid at the bottom of the ocean.
