Cat Reunited With Family After Being Lost for 5 Months
Back in July, Herwig and his wife Susan were in the process of moving from Georgia and Vermont. At some point along that journey north, they stopped at a rest stop to take a nap and cracked their window to keep the car from getting too warm. Unfortunately though when they woke up their cat was nowhere to be seen. After searching for hours they continued on the journey. But the black cat Minka has been found and is back with her family. Minka somehow survived on its own for 5 months. The family drove 4 hours to recover their lost cat, who recognized them right away.
18-Year-Old Hospitalized After Accidentally Swallowing Blue Bottle Jellyfish
Many people would name sharks as their biggest beach fear. But for my money, Jellyfish are the scarier creature. And one 18-year-old had a terrifying experience when a wave/current caused him to accidentally swallow one. he managed to get to the shore but then had to be rushed to the hospital where they managed to remove the jellyfish from his throat. he survived with no serious injury. But still, that's something I will have to think about whenever I am at the beach now.
Man Accidentally Uses $75 Luxury Wallpaper to Wrap His Presents
With the exception of that one family member who will neatly fold their wrapping paper to reuse later, it is something designed to be thrown away. But one family may not want to throw away their wrapping paper. Because one man made an expensive mistake when he mistook pricey wallpaper for wrapping paper. His parents had purchased expensive wallpaper to redecorate.
But the son mistook it for wrapping paper. So the mom got quite the surprise Christmas morning when her gift was wrapped in what she planned to put on her walls. How did he mistake wallpaper for wrapping paper? Who knows. Clearly, he is not the smart son. But thankfully the company who designs the wallpaper reached out with an offer to replace it, letting the son off the hook for his pricey mistake.
