Air India To Make All Cabin Crew Dye Their Grey Hair

Air India, recently under new leadership, has come out with a booklet full of rules the Cabin Crew must now follow. Among them are requirements to dye grey hair, to shave your head if your hairline is receding, and for men to keep their face clean shaven. Female crew members cant have blond hair, and can't style their hair in a top bun. Male crew are not allowed to wear jewelry unless it is religious or a wedding band. This all comes after rules were put in place earlier in the year requiring crew to keep a specific weight and body mass index, enforced by weight checks before flights. The union has objected to many of these new rules. They also want crew members to keep to these rules even when not at work.
